What we respond to

• Corrections: If you spot an error in our test data or claims, tell us. We fix mistakes publicly and date-stamp the correction.
• Testing requests: Want a specific VPN or comparison tested on Mac? Send it over. Requests influence our testing queue.
• Reader questions: Struggling with a VPN issue on macOS or Windows? Describe your setup (device, OS version, VPN app version) and we'll often turn answers into articles.

What we don't do

• We don't accept payment for positive reviews.
• We don't publish vendor-supplied test results as our own.
• Vendor pitches asking us to "update" a review to remove criticism get exactly zero traction here.
